Returns Policy

Growth Bomb primarily sells its products indirectly through distributors to retailers. Therefore, we are unable to process returns for purchases made from any of our stockists. If you wish to return a Growth Bomb product purchased from retailers, please contact your place of purchase for a refund or exchange, according to the retailer's return policy. We recommend retaining your receipt and reviewing the retailer's conditions for returns.

RETURN FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

We acknowledge returns for products that arrive damaged or if customers encounter adverse reactions. Refunds based on bad experiences will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to receive a full refund. Such instances will be evaluated promptly and addressed accordingly. While we stand by the quality of our products, we cannot guarantee individual outcomes. Hence, we don't offer replacements for products used extensively without achieving desired results.

We offer a return option within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@growthbomb.com. Upon return, Growth Bomb will reimburse the product's purchase cost, excluding any shipping and handling fees. Please be aware that only items bought directly from our website are eligible for return.

WARRANTY CLAIM

Growth Bomb products are expected to be free from defects. Should you encounter any defects with your Growth Bomb product, including product damage, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please note that refunds will not be provided for warranty claims; only replacements will be offered. To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at hello@growthbomb.com and include photos of the defective product. We will promptly assess the situation and arrange for a replacement as necessary.

DELIVERY

All orders received will be dispatched the next working day for standard delivery, subject to stock availability and/or order confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped exclusively on working days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that you are unavailable to sign for your order, Courier will leave a notice for collection card containing details on how to collect your delivery. For the security and integrity of your order, our delivery company is unable to leave parcels hidden at the delivery address.

For delivery to certain rural and semi-rural areas, Courier operates with restricted delivery operations and may not have the capability to deliver with a signature. In such cases, a collection card will also be left with pickup details. To ensure accurate delivery and avoid any errors with addresses, please verify that all shipping information provided is correct.


REDIRECTION OF PARCELS

Once products have been dispatched, we regret to inform you that we are unable to redirect orders. For redirection options, we recommend contacting Courier directly via their customer service line or through their online portal. Please ensure to reach out to Courier promptly to explore any available redirection options.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

Upon receiving your shipment, please check that everything is correct. If you find any issues like damaged goods or missing items, note it on the delivery notice and let us know at hello@growthbomb.com. We'll promptly resolve any problems to ensure your satisfaction. Similarly, if there are discrepancies in your order, please inform us so we can assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds as per our terms and conditions.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Growth Bomb's offers of products and prices are valid as displayed on the growthbomb.com website but are subject to availability. Instructions regarding product availability will be provided at the time of ordering. Errors regarding product availability may occur, especially in cases of simultaneous orders of the same product by multiple customers. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified via email. You may choose to select an alternative product suggested on the growthbomb.com website or opt to wait for the availability of your ordered item, or cancel your order.

If you opt to cancel your order, a prompt refund of the purchase price will be issued if your bank account has been debited. Growth Bomb assumes no liability for any claims or damages arising from stock outage or product unavailability. Please note that Growth Bomb reserves the right to change the products displayed on the Growth Bomb website at any time, without prior notice.
