All orders received will be dispatched the next working day, subject to stock availability and/or order confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During promotional periods, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Growth Bomb will not be held responsible for refunding items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY

  • Enjoy FREE standard shipping (3-5 business days) for all orders over £29.95. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate of £5.99 applies.
  • All orders are dispatched via DPD Local for reliable and fully trackable delivery.
  • We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the parcel between 9 am – 5 pm. If unavailable, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office or depot for collection.
  • Please note that delivery to some rural and semi-rural areas may be restricted. Deliveries to certain areas may take up to 7 business days.
  • During peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas, and promotional periods, longer delivery times may be experienced.

RETURNS

Growth Bomb primarily distributes its products through retailers, making it impossible for us to process returns for purchases made from our stockists. If you wish to return a Growth Bomb product bought from a retailer, kindly reach out to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange, following the retailer's return policy. We suggest retaining your receipt and reviewing the retailer's return conditions.

We accept returns for products that arrive damaged or cause adverse reactions. Refunds for unsatisfactory experiences are handled on a case-by-case basis and may not guarantee a full refund. Such matters are promptly evaluated and addressed accordingly. While we uphold the quality of our products, we cannot assure individual outcomes. Therefore, we do not provide replacements for extensively used products without achieving desired results.

We provide a return option within 14 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@growthbomb.com. Upon return, we will refund the product's purchase cost, excluding shipping and handling fees. Please note that only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
